Warranty Policy

These wheels come with custom painted parts, the finish on these parts are covered up to 1 year, excluding scratches and user neglect / error. Should there be any issues on finish, i.e., chrome peeling or pitting, paint chipping, etc. It is your responsibility to get the wheels back to our facility . Shipping is at your expense. We will then inspect the wheels and check for any issues that justify a warranty claim. Should the wheels have a warranty issue we will fix the problem and send the wheels back to you at Interad's expense. If the wheel(s) are not covered under Interads warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. It is also your responsibility to get the wheels back to us safely and package them properly without tire(s) mounted. We are not responsible for shipping damages. Please call us to discuss any warranty issues prior to sending the wheels. We also require that you send us photos of the problem via email prior to sending the wheels. 1 year warranty on finish.

We guarantee the fitment of your wheels, should you receive the wheels and there is a problem with fitment, please call us and explain the problem. If the problem is in fact a valid fitment issue we will instruct you to package the wheels and ship them to us at your own expense. Once received we will fix any existing fitment problem.

None of the above mentioned items warrant a return or refund, however we will do everything necessary to ensure that the problem is fixed to our standards.

Leaking Wheels

We are not responsible for leaking wheels. Our wheels are checked prior to leaving our facility and in most cases the issue is a installation error such as mounting tires incorrectly, mounting TPMS incorrectly, valve stem, etc. Under no circumstances will we cover a leaking issue. We can however assist in the repair, such as sending the installation center silicone sealant, or giving instructions on how to properly seal the wheel. We only recommend that you use an authorized dealer for tire installation, and if you do not we always recommend that you use a tire installer who has experience with aftermarket 1 and 3 piece high performance wheels.

Vibration

We are not responsible for vibration, all wheels are balanced for runout under 15 thousandths, meaning our tolerances are very strict and are much greater than industry standard. Should there be a vibrating wheel, contact your dealer who installed them as more than likely the tires were not balanced correctly.

INTERAD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DAMAGES, EACH SHIPMENT INCLUDES INSURANCE AND IT IS THE BUYER´S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER IN THE EVENT OF ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY SHIPPING.
